Welcome to Austin Glamour Boutique. By accessing our website, placing an order, or contacting us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or phone, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

Austin Glamour Boutique is a family-run boutique specializing in custom and made-to-order ethnic wear, including ladies suits, dresses, lehenga choli, and bridal wear.

2. Order Process

  • We accept orders through:

    • WhatsApp

    • Instagram

    • Phone call

  • Website orders are accepted only for customers within India.

  • International orders are accepted only via WhatsApp, Instagram, or phone.

Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final and processed accordingly.

3. Payments Policy

  • We accept online payments only.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • For custom or made-to-order products, customers must pay 50% advance at the time of order confirmation.

  • Remaining payment (if any) must be completed as instructed during order confirmation.

  • International orders require 100% advance payment, including delivery charges.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products are custom-made according to the customer’s:

  • Size

  • Fabric

  • Colour

  • Design preferences

Due to the personalized nature of our work:

  • Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in genuine cases mentioned below.

5. Changes in Order

  • Customers can request changes in size, colour, or design within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • After 24 hours, no changes will be accepted as the stitching or production process begins.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • Cancellation requests must be made via:

    • WhatsApp

    • Phone call: 8168983912

  • If cancelled within 24 hours:

    • Full refund will be provided, or

    • Amount can be adjusted in the next order (customer’s choice).

  • No cancellation is allowed after 24 hours.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product

  • Major size issue from our side

Important Conditions:

  • Customer must record a clear video while opening the delivery package.

  • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Minor variations in handwork, embroidery, or colour (due to screen differences) are not considered defects.

8. Delivery & Shipping

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Suits & dresses: 7–9 days

    • Lehenga choli & bridal wear: up to 16 days

  • Delivery timelines may extend during festivals, holidays, or peak seasons.

  • Austin Glamour Boutique takes responsibility for reasonable delivery delays.

9. Product Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in colour, fabric texture, or hand embroidery are natural and part of handcrafted products.

  • Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly.

10. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

    • Size measurements

    • Address details

    • Contact information

  • Austin Glamour Boutique is not responsible for issues caused due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
