At Austin Glamour Boutique, every outfit is crafted with care and attention to detail. Since most of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, we follow a strict but fair refund policy to ensure transparency and trust with our customers.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are accepted only in cases where the issue is caused by our side, such as:
Damaged product
Manufacturing defect
Incorrect size (if measurements were provided correctly)
Major color difference from the confirmed order
No refunds will be accepted for any other reasons.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To request a refund, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from the sealed package.
Refund requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
Delay due to festivals, holidays, or courier issues
Custom or made-to-order outfits where no defect is found
Measurement issues caused by incorrect details shared by the customer
We do not accept refunds unless the mistake is from our side.
Return Process
If a refund request is approved:
The customer must return the outfit to our boutique address
Return shipping must be arranged by the customer
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned parcel
Refund will be issued via:
UPI, or
Adjustment in the next purchase (customer choice)
Shipping charges are included in the suit price and are not refunded separately.
International Orders
No returns are accepted for international orders
If an international order arrives damaged, a refund will be provided after verification with video proof
Customs duties and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
As most outfits are customized based on size, fabric, and color preferences, refunds are accepted only if there is a fault from our side. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded without a valid issue.
Refund Amount & Deductions
Once a refund request is approved and the returned parcel is received by us, the refund will be processed after deducting 10% of the order value. This deduction is applied to cover courier charges, payment gateway commissions (Razorpay or similar), and handling expenses, which are charged to us at the time of order processing.
The refund balance will be credited via UPI or adjusted against a future order, as chosen by the customer.
