Every brand has a story, and ours is rooted in passion, hard work, and trust built over the years. The journey of Austin Glamour Boutique began with a small family dream that grew into a trusted name for custom-made ethnic wear.

This is the story of how Gurnoor Boutique, started in a rural area, evolved into Austin Glamour Boutique serving customers across India and internationally.

Where It All Began

Our journey started in 2015–16, when Gurjinder Singh and Rupinder Kaur opened Gurnoor Boutique in Naneola. The focus from day one was simple — create high-quality ladies suits with beautiful handwork and machine work, along with reliable stitching services.

Serving a rural community taught us the value of honest work, customer relationships, and quality craftsmanship. Word-of-mouth recommendations helped our boutique grow steadily.

Growing With Customer Trust

As demand increased, we began offering made-to-order suits and customization services. Customers appreciated our attention to detail, proper fitting, and transparent communication. Over time, we expanded our range to include:

• Dresses
• Lehenga choli
• Bridal wear
• Fully customised outfits

Today, we proudly serve 250+ regular customers and have completed 100,000+ outfits, each stitched with care.

Entering the Online World

To reach more customers, we started selling online through Instagram under the name @austin_glamour_boutique2. Through collaborations and consistent quality, we built a strong online presence and connected with customers across India.

Orders were managed through WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls, allowing us to provide personal consultation and customization support.

A New Chapter in Patiala

In 2025, we took a major step forward by shifting our boutique to Patiala, a city known for its rich Punjabi fashion heritage. Our store is now located at:

ACC Market, Top Floor, Shop No. 3, Patiala, Punjab

This move allowed us to serve walk-in customers while strengthening our online and international reach.

Managed by the Next Generation

Today, Austin Glamour Boutique is managed by Harman Vir Singh, carrying forward the family legacy with a modern approach. The goal is to blend traditional craftsmanship with digital platforms, making custom ethnic fashion accessible to women everywhere.

Skilled Team & Ethical Production

Behind every outfit is a team of 10–15 skilled artisans and workers who specialize in hand embroidery, machine work, and professional stitching. Most outfits are made on order to ensure perfect size, fabric, and colour selection.

Our production process focuses on quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
